Thank you for enrolling in our classes. We are committed to providing a rewarding learning experience. However, we understand that plans can change and sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. Below is our policy regarding refunds for both online and in-person classes.

Online Classes:

1.  Eligibility for Refund: Refunds for online class purchases are available but must be requested within 24 hours of your purchase.

2.  Request Procedure: To request a refund, please contact us at [your contact email/phone number] with your order number and the reason for the refund request. Your feedback is valuable for our improvement.

3.  Processing Time: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

In-Person Classes:

1.  Refund Availability: For in-person classes, refunds are not available if the request is made within 7 days of the class start date.

2.  Cancellation Prior to 7 Days: If you need to cancel your enrollment more than 7 days before the class start date, please contact us for the possibility of a refund or credit towards future classes.

3.  Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as a documented medical emergency, we may consider refund requests within the 7-day window on a case-by-case basis. Credit towards future classes will be offered in these circumstances. 

General Terms:

1.  Non-refundable Circumstances: Please note that if more than 24 hours have passed since your online class purchase or less than 7 days remain before your in-person class starts, we generally can’t offer you a refund.

2.  Additional Information: We reserve the right to revise this refund policy at any time. Any changes made will be posted on this page.

USAR Courses:

  1. All USAR Course Purchases are Final. Class cancelations for anything other than extenuating circumstance are not eligible for refunds. Credit towards another class may be given on a case by case basis, as determined by ELITE Rescue Academy.
